I found that Yoga Nidra helped me and I have also helped others to find more of a balance between the mind and body, it gives a deep awareness of Body Consciousness and supports us to understand that awareness and yet be able to go beyond that. Hence the reason it is known as the 'Blissful Relaxation'.
My interest developed further into Yoga Nidra when a client with Insomnia was not responding very well to normal suggestions. I had a dream and the Goddess herself appeared and showed me what I should do with this client. So I did and my client got better. Since then I began to develop a relationship with the Goddess Nidra and have used this in many one to one sessions for Hypnotherapy. I further developed this with training in Bali, known as the land of the Gods and Goddesses. Then further into my experience after doing a Retreat in the Italian Alps with Mother Ayuascha, I was guided to use an Altar to connect to the Goddess and call her in to help and also give her blessings. If one is serious of their Spiritual Journey, then Yoga Nidra is considered to be a Gateway to Samadhi, and being in touch with the Real Self as it restructures and reforms on a cellular level. It is performed in Shavasana, wearing loose clothing and with the palms facing upwards and feet and legs slightly apart. A Sankalpa is chosen, then working through the consciousness and breathwork. One must not fall asleep because it is not sleep, it is ' HypnaYogic' state. I hope you have enjoyed reading this Blog and if you would like to experience Yoga Nidra, please check out website. www.jaz-nur.com www.transpersonalakash.com © All Rights Reserved ~ Jazzaro ~ Transpersonal Akash

![]() Prayer is a ritual worldwide, across cultures, faiths and religions. (PrayerRitual™) There is a universal similarity that one closes their eyes and has some form of communion with 'God' and God means different things to different people. Some may understand this as a higher power, an energy, the higher self, a divine spirit, universe or other ways of understanding. Some may bring the hands together like this in Namaskaran in front of the heart, whilst it can also be a case of using prayer beads whilst reciting a certain prayer in mantra form. Or bringing open palms together in front of the heart in making Duas. There is a ritual in many Eastern cultures in doing prayer ties in sacred places, such as temples, trees, walls of Islamic mosques, and Altars. This is something that I experienced personally with my friends when I took them on a tour of India. We travelled to places like the Brahma temple, Ajmar Shariff, Taj Mahal, Varanasi Arti, Synagogue/ Church Prayers and many more. Every place we went to we were involved in 'Prayer Rituals', including Islamic Salaat. Hence my inspirational download in the Infusion of universal techniques. In this deep 'surrender', there is a magical feeling of being grateful of whatever, you want, that can sometimes be beyond words, only felt from the heart. 'Bin Bole' is a punjabi phrase that explains this and to take it deeper is another phrase 'Bin Bole Saber' meaning to create a sense of 'patience' in life. This patience is what gives us the acceptance of what is. The Prayer Infusion-A Surrender™ is a download from spirit that has been given to me to support in the awakening and healing process of our current evolutionary process. It supports by allowing one to 'let go' and this is done by the suggestions that I give whilst relaxing the person. The suggestions are done in gradual form that work on your brain waves thus taking you into a hypnotic state, as I progress you go deeper and deeper into trance. This depth is what will take you into the deep 'Oceanic Consciousness' where we work with the sub-conscious to create change. This is where I will use various images that will immerse you in a journey of unconscious process, and an amazing Transpersonal Movie™ will unfold. The technique can be used for many things:
What we will do is create an Altar that will be our bridge to the Divine, we use Hypnotic Relaxation whether this be a Progressive Muscle Relaxation or Yoga Nidra. I then open the Akashic Records to enter into your Book of Life. This is where we work with the sub-conscious to reprogramme through an immersive journey. Depending on the energy I am feeling, I will use different sound items; this might be a drum, rainstick, tunning fork, sound bowl, rattles etc. or I might use a compilation of these things. Please see my calendar for dates at particular venues for book in for a personal Skype session. www.transpersonalakash.com www.jaz-nur.com © Information may not be copied, reproduced in anyway before prior permission of Jazaro @Transpersonal Akash I don't know what happened but I found myself more conscious and aware of what I was doing in my life, where as before the session, I always felt that I was a bit of a robot! ~ Sacha ~ London ![]() I remember during my earlier journeys to India which were about visiting the family rather than travelling and sightseeing, although we still did that with the family and relatives. In our village my grandmother would have these copper vessels and have water stored in them. At the time I thought it was a village thing because glass would break very quickly and these vessels looked like they would last a lifetime. However, I began to notice more and more copper items in relation to pujas, as water would still be in a copper vessel even in the UK. Then I thought it was an Indian thing as most Indian families had some type of copper pot. I guess it's not until the recent years it came more and more into my awareness and it was Sadhguru who really put it into perspective who said "If you keep water in a copper vessel, preferably overnight or at least for four hours, the water acauires a certain quality from the copper which is very good for your liver in particular and your health and energy in general" I subsequently met Yogi Ashokananda who advised me to keep a copper bottle so that I will ensure regular intake of water and I have to admit that I do feel a lot better for it. After this experience, I also realised that a lot of containers called 'Sarovar' kept by Temples were copper. The realisation that actually my nickname all my life that was derived from Sarovar, and all this realisation has only just started to come together. Recent research around water in copper is suggesting many types of health benefits and I guess really it's for the individual to experiment how they can benefit.
